KNOWINGLY FALSE COPYRIGHT REPORTS MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION

Veloura Boutique takes both copyright protection and abuse of reporting systems seriously. Where a report knowingly misrepresents an alleged infringement, we reserve the right to challenge it, preserve evidence of the abuse and seek recovery of proven losses and costs to the extent permitted by applicable law. This may include claims under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), where applicable.

Veloura Boutique respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you own the relevant rights, or are authorised to act for the owner, and believe that material on velouraboutique.com infringes your copyright, please submit a complete report using the form below.

Our form collects the information normally included in a notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Reporting directly helps us locate the specific content and investigate promptly. This process does not restrict lawful reporting options or your right to contact a platform or authority.

Notice of alleged copyright infringement

Please include the following information so that we can assess your report:

  1. The original work: Describe the copyrighted work. If your report covers several works, provide a representative list. Include original links where available.
  2. The reported content: Provide the exact URL of each relevant Veloura Boutique page and identify the image, text or other material you want removed or access to which you want restricted.
  3. Your contact details: Provide your full legal name, the rights holder’s name, company if applicable, postal address and country, telephone number and email address.
  4. The basis of your report: Explain which rights you own or represent and why you believe the particular use is unauthorised. Include relevant evidence of ownership or authority where available.
  5. Good-faith declaration: Confirm that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, their representative or the law.
  6. Accuracy and authority declaration: Confirm that the information is accurate and declare, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
  7. Signature: Enter your full name as your electronic signature.

How we handle your report

We review the report and may request clarification or further evidence. Where justified, we remove the reported content or restrict access to it. Missing information may delay assessment. Submitting a report does not itself establish that an infringement has occurred.

A registration certificate or patent is not a general requirement for reporting copyright infringement. Patent and trademark rights are separate rights and should not be described as copyright.
